Just one new entrant this week, O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei.  I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.  The lyrics are pretty terrible, but no one else besides me probably bothered to translate them from their original Romanian, so I might be the only person able to appreciate that.  For some reason we also got a resurrection this week from Rednex - Cotton Eye Joe, which I thought everyone would be tired of by now, but I guess not.

Still pretty sick and tired of Coheed and Cambria - In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth not getting its due on this countdown.  I guess I understand its lack of mass appeal, but come on, there's no reason it should still be toiling in the mid-30s when songs like Toni Basil - Mickey and Annoying Second Grader on a Bus - 99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall experienced such large jumps in recent weeks.

Surfin Bird takes the crown yet again, as it hasn't really let go of that top spot since a couple short months after its release 49-ish years ago.  I'm hoping that Ray Parker Jr. - Ghostbusters can make a run at a #1 bid, but that's mostly just because a lot of the top 10 is pretty crappy right now, so it gets a boost by comparison.
